Earlier this year, Powertel was recognised as one of the few state owned enterprises to publicly announce its financial results. The Joina City Mall is one of Harare’s premier shopping and office locations. The company’s new move could signify a new lease of confidence with a rumoured re-branding endeavour in the works.
