In December 2016, some DStv subscribers in Zimbabwe received a message which was announcing a promotion offering paid up subscribers one month’s free subscription for February 2017.
We published an article sharing this information after some subscribers shared the news which they had received via an SMS from MultiChoice.
Now that February is here, there have been some subscribers who didn’t get the free month’s subscription even though they were paid up.
According to MultiChoice Zimbabwe, this was an incentive competition which was run for all continuously connected subscribers, with randomly selected customers winning a prize of one month’s free subscription for February.
If you didn’t get a free subscription, you’ll have to wait for the next one. MultiChoice Zimbabwe has stated that it runs different competitions regularly and that it always makes direct contact with winners and it will advise them of their prize wins.

There message was misleading. I thought they said if you pay your subscriptions before the expiry date they will pay your February subscription for you.
Multichoice are skates. They made us happy for nothing.
