Enough of the time people have lost data from various incidents and in most cases it’s the data that you need the most that gets lost into cyberspace.
Sure a lot of data recovery applications exist but how do you choose from such a vast list. Well let us help you with that. EaseUS Data recovery Wizard is a proper rockstar for data recovery with a clean, familiar simple user interface that does not go lean on the features.
Data recovery comes in two phases. You have a quick scan that took a little over 5 minutes to scan my 640GB hard drive and a deep scan that took quite a while longer (about 3 hours) and detected in total 1 013 GB worth of stuff I had deleted.
It recovers data loss from several scenarios that is unexpected deleting, formatting, hard drive damage, virus attack, OS crash and lost or RAW partition.
Opening the app leads you to the drive selection window where all drives (internal and external) are viewed and you can choose the desired drive. As soon as you click on it you are taken to the scanning window where a quick scan is promptly initiated.
The software also does the courtesy of categorizing all discovered files according to their file types that is graphics, video, emails, documents, audio and other.
During the scanning process you can actually preview discovered files on the fly and restore at will with no errors at all. Simplicity and swiftness is very prevalent here with no compromise to features and user friendliness. You can try it out for yourself here for Windows and here for Mac OS.
