haha my question as well i bank with them but through this i haven’t heard of any advertised changes, like how is it going to benefit us the clients

Ever since the switch from MBCA to Nedbank on the 12th of March, we have not been able to pay other accounts via their new internet banking channel. Seriously, no joke, a whole 3 weeks. Repeated emails for formal information on what’s going on, no response on this issue. Disgusting!
