As an avid music lover with an eclectic taste one of the frustrating things is having to run around town trying to find places where I can buy tickets for music events. There is nothing more annoying than making a journey to a place to buy a ticket only to find they have run out of tickets. Last time my wife wanted to go to the Janet Manyowa I had to buy tickets from an extortionist.
You can buy ticket to the RSVP concert Online now
If you have want to attend the up coming RSVP concert you can do so online using Ecocash/Visa Card online right now as tickets are still available. The process is particularly simple and convenient and painless:
- Visit the Click n Pay website listing of public events
- Select the type of ticket(s) you want, currently you can buy as much as 5 tickets at once
- Click/Tap add to cart
- Click/Tap on the cart icon at the bottom right corner of your browser window
- Select your payment method: currently you can use Ecocash, Visa, MasterCard, Vpayments/Telecash
- Enter your name, mobile number and email address
- Click/Tap on check out and if you selected Ecocash wait for the pin prompt on your phone to complete payment
- The tickets are delivered to your email
All in all it took me less than 5 minutes to get the tickets. You may want to print the tickets but I am simply going to download them to my phone and show them to the guys at the gate on the event date. Each ticket comes with its own unique number which I rightly assume is in their system.
I am not a fan of Casper Nyovest your I hear you say. As you can note from the link above there are quite a number of public events for which you can buy tickets besides the RSVP concert including the Breeze Music Gospel Explosion concert taking place at HICC at the beginning next month.
If you like the hustle
If you like trouble you just go find a place to buy a physical ticket(s) listed at the bottom of the poster. For the life of me I could not find some of the places when I tried running around town. Expensive $15 tickets will be available at the gate during the event so can also buy these if you hate convenience of course there is always the risk of being turned away once tickets are sold out.
More musicians would start selling online if we embrace the process.
