As we have just told you an hour ago, that you can check O’level results online. Apparently, the portal has been functioning since November last year but Zimsec probably never thought that it was worthwhile to tell people about it until yesterday. Anyway, let’s talk about how one can access their results on this online portal.
- Visit the website by clicking this link and you will see this homepage below
- You should be registered on the platform to access your results. So, if you aren’t registered, here is how to register:
>Click “register as a new user”
>Once you click that you will be taken to this page (below) where you enter things like center number (the code of your school), candidate number, username etc. If you feel stuck, follow the instructions on the sidebar of the registration page
When you are done, go back to the homepage where you will enter your newly-created username and password and boom! You will see your results.

What if one has forgotten their centre number and or candidate number… does it work for archived results like 10 years before?

Please note that if you owe fees to your school, the school might have already created an account for you (or with your candidate details) so as to block you from seeing the resuts till you pay them what you owe.

You must enter your name as it appears on statement of entry, surname first, followed by first name, and then just first letter for second name if you have it. Your pass word musthave the following character: Zimsec123@. The password must include a capital letter and a non-alphabet charater like !, @, #, or $. Where you get the response that the account has been created, it means you owe fees or books to the school and they have already created the account for you to block you from accessing your results. Because a single candidate number cannot have 2 accounts. Also make sure your date of birth is in the following format: DD/MM/19xx

The people that built this application failed at their job. When you try to create an account it produces so many errors i.e.account already registered blah blah. They is no way of fixing it the problem for end users. Poorly designed app.
