As of around 4 O’clock this afternoon, it may have been earlier, NetOne customers were experiencing service disruptions. There were faults with the following services:
- Calls Out aren’t working
- Sms in or out aren’t working
- USSD Menus are down
- OneMoney is up one moment the down again
Receiving calls seems unaffected as well as data capabilities.
UPDATE: Calls seem back up now for some users, but not sure how widespread it is.
