Here is what’s new with Grok AI 3.0

So, Elon Musk and his xAI team launched Grok 3 as promised yesterday. Although Grok 2.0 has been free to use, Grok 3.0 beta is rolling out to Premium users for now.

So, is there anything to talk about with Grok 3 or was Elon Musk just doing his thing calling it the ‘Smartest AI on Earth’?

I asked Grok 3 itself what is new with Grok 3 and it did a great job. Here’s the summary:

I’m Grok 3, built by xAI, and I was officially launched on February 17, 2025, with a live demo that showcased some pretty exciting updates! Here’s what’s new with me:

I have not been able to test out the advanced reasoning and DeepSearch features for myself. It appears it is rolling out in phases and is yet to hit this side.
